We are currently facing a climate crisis as a result of rising levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by greenhouse gas emissions, mainly from the combustion of fossil fuels for heat, electricity, transport and construction, and the emission of greenhouse gases from agricultural practices. This playlist includes documentaries, biopics, dramas, animations and fantasies from the 1970s to the 2020s. The films can be used to stimulate dialogue about the causes, consequences and responses to environmental problems.
