- Description
- Police have warned people in Reading to be on their guard for more petrol bombs which may have been planted in the town. The warning follows last night’s series of attacks on cars which caused only minor damage in the University area of the town. But another device, which failed to explode, was found late this morning at Cemetery Junction, as one of the policemen involved in the case, Detective Sergeant Ted Dith told Cyndy Robinson. [Box 2]
