- Phil Coope reports from Reading. Track 1- Lester Chapman inquest. A young boy Lester Chapman run away from home a few days before Christmas, because he was abused at home. He was unable to cope in the sub zero temperatures on the day he ran away. After 44 days, he was found dead, probably as a result of the freezing temperatures. The parents were divorced.
