- This week, Andy Ferriss talks to Vice-Admiral Sir Lancelot Bell Davies, KBE, now retired, formerly chairman of the NATO Defence College in Rome, Italy. Now chairman of the Sea Cadet Unit Council in London and Radio Victory Defence correspondent. He talks about his life, his career, and his reminiscences of war, as well memories of his experience living in Rome when he was chairman of the NATO Defence College there. For people that don’t know, there is a Sea Cadet Association in London, located in Wimbledon. [Box 7]
