Linda Duffin reports on the decision of The Observer and the Sunday Times to go ahead today with the publication of the latest controversial spy memoirs, Inside Intelligence, by former MI6 officer, Anthony Cavendish, after the ruling by Mr Justice Kennedy (aka Ian Kennedy), High Court judge to relax the injunction. The case could be seen as a defeat for the UK Government following on from the Spycatcher affair. Interviews with editors, Donald Trelford and Brian MacArthur.
