Thai correspondent Mark Dodd telephone interview (some distortion) with Pulitzer prize winning journalist Sydney Schanberg after his visit to Cambodia. He says despite the US trade embargo the country needs humanitarian aid and investment from the west and calls for the Khmer Rouge to be excluded from the peace process.
