Brian Ging reports on the fact that Angus Diggle will be allowed to practice as a lawyer again despite being sentenced to three years in jail for attempted rape. The solicitors disciplinary council decided Diggle should be suspended from legal work for one year. His lawyer Michael Borelli gives a statement on his clients behalf.
