Mark Mardell reports on the High Court’s order that SOGAT 82 funds be sequestrated until the union withdraws its order to wholesalers not to touch the Sun and the Times newspapers.The National Graphical Association faces the possibility of similar action; General Secretary, Tony Dubbins says this is an outrage. Barrister, Gillian Howard says the law preventing secondary action is very effective, as far as the Government is concerned.
