Report on Greater London Council plans to forward fund certain organisations before its abolition on 31st March. GLC leader Ken Livingstone talks about the work going into this. Conservative group leader Alan Greengross is asked whether he has cause for complaint (he believes he has), and accuses Livingstone of running an undercover operation. He also says that any unspent money should be returned to Londoners, and not frittered away. Male reporter not identified.
