- The relatives and MPs campaigning for the release of the four people accused of the Guildford and Woolwich bombings have given a cautious welcome to the announcement by Home Secretary Douglas Hurd that he is to refer their case to the court of appeal. Des Fahy speaks to Errol Smalley, the uncle of Paul Hill, who is now 32 and is being held in Albany Prison on the Isle of Wight.
