UK Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd talks to Sean(?) McCorrig(?) in Paris where he has been meeting the French Foreign Mininster about the Gulf War air strikes begun last night. He says there must be no let up in the bombardment; it is now a military operation as other means of resolution have failed; denies USA and European intentions in the war are different; and on future for the region following the war.
