Steve Wright reporting for Angela Rippon FM Drivetime on the bomb blast on a commuter train at Beckenham, Greater London which may be part of the IRA’s mainland campaign. Includes interview with Superintendent Terry Davis, who confirms that, following coded warnings, the train was stopped and evacuated at Kent House Station, and that the bomb exploded after a search had been completed. Also includes eyewitness accounts from local resident John Foster and headmaster Brian Master.
