Description

Conservative politician Sir Geoffrey Howe on the economy, says the country is no better off than it was 5 years ago under the Labour Government. As the lorry drivers’ strikes continue, Howe regrets the Labour Government gave the trade unions the power to act, and suggests there is a possible need for a state of emergency.
