Description

Eyewitness, Martin Nichols(?) describes the scene as 30 year-old American, James Miller paraglided onto the roof of Buckingham Palace. The Queen was not in residence at the time. Miller, who was naked and painted green, is understood to be the same man who disrupted the world heavyweight boxing match between Riddick Bowe and Evander Holyfield in Las Vegas last November. Interviewer not heard.
