- Danny O’Connor reports on the inquiry into nurse Beverley Allitt, who murdered children in her care. Parents, Judith Gibson and David Crampton are worried a similar incident could occur again. COHSE spokesman Bob Quick says, had there been more staff, lives could have been saved. Dr Nelson Porter and Dr Charith Nanayakkara have been dismissed in the wake of the investigation; they also comment.
