- Vice officers from Westminster’s Juvenile Protection Unit, Street Offences Squad and British Transport Police are searching the West End of London for at risk children in Operation Piper, intended to curb child prostitution. Simon Hobbs spends a day on patrol with them and interviews Inspector Charlie Barber; Sergeant Pat Moyle(?); Vice Officer Simon Collins; police officer Patrick Moyhill(?), who explains the new Children’s Act.
