John Fraser reports on a European Union probe which found several steel producers guilty of price-fixing. British Steel is being fined more than twenty-five million pounds. Brussels competition commissioner Karel Van Miert says British Steel is one of the bigger producers involved and since it has the biggest turnover has the biggest fine imposed.
