Mystery still surrounds the identity of the people who ordered the contract killing of London property developer Donald Urquhart in the West End in 01/93 over a financial dispute with an underworld figure. Today has seen the end of the Old Bailey court case which involved Graham West, the gunman who killed him, and the taxi driver who stalked him. Legal affairs correspondent Tim Crook reports on the background to the case and speaks to Detective Inspector Frank Perring on the London underworld, contract killings and the police investigation.
