Angela Rippon interview on her FM Drivetime show with the Chief Economist at the Mitsubishi Bank, Ruth Lee, following smaller than forecasted fall in GDP and 0.2 percent growth in the economy. On the figures and signs of economic growth, with slight increases in retail sales and revitalisation of the housing market. She is optimistic the Chancellor will not increase taxes in the forthcoming Budget and reduce interest rates further.
