- David Kermode reports (starting at the tube station) on the inquiry results into the stabbing to death in 1992 of Jonathan Zito at Finsbury Park underground station by schizophrenic Christopher Clunis. The inquiry revealed missed opportunities in Clunis’s treatment and has made a number of recommendations including better resourcing of care in the community. With comment and reaction from Jean Ritchie QC who led the independent inquiry; Zito’s widow Jayne; Health Secretary Virginia Bottomley; Shadow Health Secretary, Dawn Primarolo.
