The Government is facing embarrassment after part of its rail privatisation scheme was delayed following allegations of ticket fraud on the London-Tilbury-Southend rail service. However, the privatisation of two other lines has gone ahead this morning without a hitch. Peter Field of South West Trains says services will improve.
