Description
Paul Chapman reports on a rail accident as a passenger train ploughed into the back of a stationary freight train at Wanstead Park station. Eyewitnesses Michael Grant and Ruth Borkett(?) describe the scene. Also comment from Chief Inspector Peter Atkinson from the British Transport Police and Railtrack’s East Anglia Regional Director, Richard Middleton.
