Description

Nick Peters reports from Washington on the American response to the Iraqi oil spill in the Gulf, which the Iraqis claim was caused by allied bombing of tankers. Includes US President George H. W. Bush commenting on the slick, use of SCUD missiles by Iraq against neighbouring countries, using POWs as human shields and if he feels he is a target for terrorists. He says the American football Superbowl will go ahead.
