Description

Fears of an environmental disaster off West Wales are growing after the last crew members were lifted off the stricken oil tanker Sea Empress. Houses in Milford Haven overlooking the scene have been evacuated amid fears that escaping gas vapours will explode. Reuters’ Rod Macrae reporting from the scene says the situation now looks desperate.
