Time’s running out to stop a crippled oil tanker, Sea Empress, sinking off Milford Haven in Wales. Helicopter crews are braving appalling weather in an attempt to get a salvage team back onto the Sea Empress. They’re concerned it could sink or smash into rocks and spill over a hundred thousand tonnes of oil. Sky’s Martin Lowe is on the scene.
