Description

The oil tanker Sea Empress is aground off Milford Haven in Wales and salvage efforts to prevent an environmental disaster are being hampered by poor weather. People have also been evacuated from the local area amid fears of an explosion. Sky’s Ian Leckie is at the scene and reports that the vessel is currently still but if poor weather picks up again she may move again.
