Conservative MP Stephen Milligan was found dead in his home and is believed to have died of auto-erotic asphyxiation, his parents found out through the press. Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Paul Condon, says he is satisfied police officers at the scene acted entirely properly and the inquiry into their practice was worthwhile.
