As the treaty between Bosnian Muslims and Croats was being signed in Washington British Prime Minister John Major was in Bosnia. He answers questions on how things could have been done differently with reference to the USA, Russia and the bombardment of Sarajevo. He also discusses General Sir Michael Rose, British commander of troops; British troops’ future involvement; and the likelihood of Serbia becoming involved in the peace process.
