- Description
- Report by Peter Shardock on the suspicious deaths of Archbishop Luwum and Ugandan Cabinet ministers, Arphaxed Charles Oboth-Afumbi and Erenayo Wilson Oreyema in a road accident on 17 Feb 1977. The car was driven by Major Moses. The three men were trying to escape arrest for their alleged part in a plot to overthrow President Idi Amin. Canon Burgess Carr of the Pan-African Church organisation in Kenya gives a press conference breaking news of the secret burials of the bodies and suspicion over how they actually died.
