Report as US President Jimmy Carter prepares to spend his last night at the White House and final arrangements are being made for the release of American hostages from Iran. Speaking are: State Department spokesman John Trattner; Secretary of State Edmund Muskie; wife of one of the hostages, Louisa Kennedy; negotiator Steven Pechenik(?). Andrew Manderstam reports. (The hostages were finally released on 20/01/81).
