Description

An American coastguard ship, protected by fighter jets, is searching for survivors after two small planes were shot down by the Cuban military. The aircraft belonged to a Cuban exile group - Brothers to the Rescue - which helps refugees flee the island. President Clinton has demanded an explanation from the Cuban government.
