- Report on the Coalition military strategy in Iraq and Kuwait and an interview with UN Commander-in-Chief, Sir Peter de la Billiere. He says that they are trying to minimise civilian casualties but that Iraqi President, Saddam Hussein is putting weapons of mass destruction and Scud missiles in civilian locations.
