Prince Charles, Prince of Wales made a hard-hitting speech (excerpts heard) to delegates at last night’s Save the Ozone Layer International Conference dinner in London. He called for an international ban on Ozone-threatening CFC gases and spelt out the tragic consequences if moves are not made immediately. Simon Israel reports for AM programme.
