Interviews with survivors of the Abbeystead disaster in 05/84 on a High Court ruling that negligence by the designers, builders, and owners of the Abbeystead pumping station in Lancashire caused the explosion in which sixteen villagers died and twenty-eight others were seriously injured during a PR exercise by North West Water. The ruling means that damages will now be claimed by survivors and relatives of the victims. The interviewees are Harry Morris and poss. Tim Eckersley. Male reporter not identified.
