Peter Spencer reports from Westminster on a statement by Foreign Secretary, Sir Geoffrey Howe about the killing of three IRA terrorist suspects in Gibraltar by British security forces (06/03/88). The three were later named as Mairead Farrell, Sean Savage, and Daniel McCann. Howe’s statement to the Commons contradicted the information that had come from sources in Gibraltar.
