Mark Phillips reports on an emotional appeal following the shooting of a soldier outside an army careers office in Derby. 34 year-old Sergeant Michael Newman of the Royal Signals Corps died in hospital. The Irish National Liberation Army (INLA) has claimed responsibility for the attack.
