- Description
- Paul Rowley interviews Labour MP, Doug Henderson, on claims that his backbench bill, designed to give patients the right to see their medical records, has been sabotaged by the Government. Says that the proposed legislation was supported by Health Minister, Roger Freeman, but failed to progress because Tory Chief Whip, Ian Taylor continued talking right until the end of the sitting, blocking a vote on the measure.
