Report on South African President, P.W. Botha issuing 400,000 voters with a record entitled Why You Should Vote National Party ahead of the elections, in which he speaks outlining government policy. He was awarded a Gold Disc, usually presented to artists who sell more than 25,000 copies. Follows previous ridiculed song, Together We Will Build a Brighter Future, made by the Bureau of Information in 1986 using £2 million of taxpayers’ money. Male reporter not identified.
