- More than two thousand homeless people at Towyn in North Wales are expecting another high tide to bring yet more devastation to the already flood-damaged town. The sea wall has been damaged, and residents claim the wall was dilapidated; Mark Williams recalls times when the wall should have been fixed. Phil Edwards reports from Towyn.
