Jim Clancy (CNN) reports from Tripoli on a UN Security Council resolution calling on Libya to cut all links to terrorist groups. The state-run Libyan Jamahiriya News Agency (JANA) has said the government of Colonel Qaddafi will comply with the resolutions but there’s no mention of agreeing with demands to hand over 2 men accused of the Lockerbie bombing.
