Description

Report by Simon Marks on the campaign trail of French Prime Minister Edouard Balladur as he runs for President. Includes his speech (through interpreter) and stirring music at a rally. His running has been controversial because on being elected Prime Minister he stated he would not run for President against Jacques Chirac.
