During his visit to Britain (19/04/88), Archbishop Desmond Tutu, the black leader of South Africa’s Anglican Church, says nothing will stop him campaigning for an end to apartheid - not even threats to assassinate him. He also appeals again (indirectly) for economic sanctions against South Africa.
