Paul Rowley interviews Labour MP Keith Vaz, about the collapse of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). Investors have been offered compensation of thirty pence in the pound which the UK High Court has approved. Depositors have until 17/06/92 to appeal against the decision, although they’ve been warned a legal wrangle could take ten years to settle.
