Paul Woodley reports from New York on a summit in Washington DC involving talks between US President, George H. W. Bush and Russian President, Boris Yeltsin. The talks on arms control have been overshadowed in America by an admission by Yeltsin that some US Prisoners of War from Vietnam and Korea may have been taken to the former Soviet Union for interrogation and some of them may still be alive and being held in Russia.
