Description

Simon Israel reports on a court appearance by Kevin and Ian Maxwell and their financial adviser Larry Trachtenberg, after being arrested on fraud charges. The arrests are in connection with the missing millions stolen from pension funds by the disgraced media tycoon – their father - the late Robert Maxwell. The court has ordered them to hand over their passports and not to leave the country. They have been granted bail on sureties of up to half a million pounds. Includes statement by Kevin Maxwell.
