Description
The P & O Ferries dispute moves to the courts today. Sealink is to ask a judge to seize the assets of the National Union of Seamen after its ships were prevented from sailing by Dover pickets yesterday. In turn, the NUS is preparing to take P & O to court for allegedly ending union recognition. On the quayside at Dover, pickets are being joined by others from all over Britain. Also there is union General Secretary Sam McCluskie who speaks to a female interviewer (not identified). For AM programme.
