Prince Charles, Prince of Wales speaking to a London conference of British and US business managers, has made a new appeal to Britain’s business leaders to breath fresh life into the inner cities. The Prince says it is in their own long-term interests to invest in depressed areas. Employment Minister Kenneth Clarke lends his support to the campaign. John Alcock reports.
