Report on the kidnap of British diplomat Edward Chaplain in Iran. Foreign Secretary Geoffrey Howe says they are trying to find out why he was kidnapped and will not negotiate with kidnappers and Britain will hold Iran accountable until they find out which group have committed the crime.
