Kevin Murphy interviews Conservative rebel MP George Gardiner over the Parliamentary bill to allow 225,000 Hong Kong Chinese the right to settle in the UK after the Chinese handover in 1997. He believes it goes against the Conservative Party immigration policy and he and other rebels will be opposing it.
