Report on day thirteen of the Strangeways Prison siege, the prison has been taken over by the prisoners with no clear sign of an end in sight. Derek Jones, a relative of a 17 year-old man on remand at the prison, says they should end it now. James Matthews reports from outside the prison in Manchester.
